Description

Our oven ready pheasants have been freshly prepped by us, and are sourced from local Kent shoots. They make the perfect roasting bird, or if carved can be used for many other meals, they make the perfect substitute for the common meat chicken.

The pheasant season runs from October through to September. Please note that due to the birds being wild they may have bruises to the skin, but don’t be put off by this they are still as tasty as ever. Birds may contain shot.
