Our wild mallard duck breast are cut from the ducks collected from our local shoots in Kent. The breasts are perfect for those that want to explore the taste of wild mallard without the trouble of carving them off the whole bird, therefore the tenderness is still captured when cooked. The duck breasts come in packs of two. Due to them being a wild bird, the breasts may come with bruises to the skin, but you are still guaranteed the best taste and quality.
