Our oven ready mallard duck is collected from shoots around Kent. They are prepared and designed to be ready to cook and we ensure that we are supplying you with the top quality.  With a distinct, gamey flavor wild mallard duck is a tasteful meat that can be cooked in many ways to suit different recipes.  One duck serves 2 persons. Due to being a wild duck, some birds may have slight bruising to the skin, but nevertheless still provides you with the very best flavor.
